Garage Guise-Blessing comes in many forms.  From the Timsbury mock deer to the Milk Washers of Somerset, these little documented and frankly quite bizarre traditions have been gracing inspection pits for generations. Whilst these practices are greatly varied, they hold in common a utilisation of costume and ritual to enact upon vehicular health and wellbeing.
