AUTO-ELECTRICAL CELEBRATIONS

The West Country is famed for its lavish Auto-Electrical Carnivals, which travel from town to town throughout the darker Autumn months. For each town’s celebration, a Fuse Queen is crowned. Throughout the carnival she carries a giant bunch of meadowsweet, which is cast liberally to the lucky crowd. Meadowsweet has incredible healing properties and is particularly effective in battery restoration and auto-electrical faults. Other carnival characters include The Lady of The Loom - The Midwinter towing deity, and St Solenoid of Norton.
